To print a 4x6" shipping label from an Android or iPhone/iPad via Bluetooth connection using the Arkscan label printer, follow these steps:

Set up the printer:

Ensure the printer's hardware is properly set up, including loading the labels and attaching the power cables.

Install the EZLabel app:

Download the EZLabel app from the App Store or Google Play Store and agree to the terms of use.

 

Download the sample label:

Android: Open a web browser, go to Arkscan.com/sample, and download the sample shipping label. Select the EZLabel app to open the PDF file.

iPhone/iPad: Open a web browser, go to Arkscan.com/sample, download the sample shipping label, and then select the EZLabel app to open it by tapping the share button.

Open the app and select paper size: Open the EZLabel app and choose the 4x6" paper size. If it's not listed, tap the customize button to create the correct size.

Connect to the printer via Bluetooth: Ensure your device has Bluetooth turned on and the printer is within close proximity (ideally within 30 feet).

 

The EZLabel app will autodetect the printer and list it under "All Devices." If not listed, move the printer closer or try turning off and on the printer's power switch.
Select the printer and enter PIN: Tap the printer's name and enter the PIN "0000." Tap "Okay" and then the "Print" button.
