To load a fanfold label for the Arkscan 2054A shipping label printer, follow these steps:

1. Check the back slot of the printer.
3. Insert the fanfold label into the slot with the labels facing up and about 1/2 inch of the label sticking out of the printer.
4. Close the back slot of the printer to secure the label.
5. The printer will detect the label automatically.
