To set up the Arkscan thermal shipping label printer by connecting hardwares, follow these steps:
Prepare all parts:
Inside your box are Label printer, Shield, Rod, Power adapter, Power cord, USB cable, and Roll of labels
Connect cables:
Insert the power cord into the power adapter, ensuring a snug fit. Then, connect the power connector to the power input on the back of the printer.
USB:
The provided USB cable has type A and type B ends. Plug the type B end into the printer's USB input. Connect the other side of the USB cable directly to your computer's USB port. If your computer only has USB-C ports, use a USB-A to USB-C converter.
Check power connection:
Plug the power cable directly into a wall outlet. Avoid using power strips to ensure proper voltage. Verify the power adapter is properly connected when the LED light turns green.
Power on the printer:
Press the left side of the power switch down. The printer will beep and the LED light will be solid blue.
