To setup an USB label printer on Windows for an Arkscan thermal label printer:

Connect & Power On:
Ensure the USB cable is connected between the printer and the computer.
Power on the printer.

Download & Install:

Open a web browser and navigate to https://www.arkscan.com/driver.
Click on "Download Driver Installer for Windows."
Save the downloaded file on your computer.

Run the Installer:

Double-click the downloaded installer to run it.
Follow the installation process:
Accept Terms.
Next.
Install.
Finish.

Configure Print Settings:

Open the "Printer & Scanner" or "Printers and scanners" settings.
Select the printer name, typically "4BARCODE 4B-2054A" or "Arkscan 2054A."
Go to "Printing Preference" > "Page Setup."
Under "Stock," select "4x6" from the dropdown menu.
Apply > OK.
