1. Power OFF the printer from the back of the printer.
2. Press and HOLD the button on the top of the printer, and then switch on the printer (the power switch is behind the printer) while you are still holding the top button.
3. Let go of the top button immediately when the LED lights is flashing BLUE (this is after the beep, after the blinking RED, and after the blinking PURPLE).
Note: The printer should blink purple once, then blink blue once, and then beep once after a successful Factory Reset.
